Abandoned Army Base

Jointly with the multinational consultancy Ramboll Environ (formerly ENVIRON) we have completed an investigation of groundwater contamination in the area of the former army base in Janovice, Czech Republic to be redeveloped to an automotive parts manufacturing plant. Based on the results of the initial environmental audit and the completed subsurface investigation and taking into account planned industrial use of the site, no remedial measures were suggested.

Former Electrotechnical Plant Tesla in Prague

For the residential projects developer ICKM Real Estates/Crestyl we have completed, in cooperation with international consultancy ENSR, the soil and groundwater investigation and the risk assessment of the abandoned electrotechnical plant in Prague - Vrsovice, Czech Republic. The area was intended to be redeveloped to residential dwelling. Based on the outcomes of the risk assessment and given the planned residential uses, limited soil remediation was recommended.

Phase I & II Environmental Due Diligence Audit of Metal Scrap Collection and Processing Facility

In 2015, on behalf of a leading development company ENACON performed a complete Environmental Due Diligence assessment of a former metal scrap collection and processing facility intended for new redevelopment. The audit included a complex evaluation of the historical and recent site uses and their impact on the environment as well as investigation of the actual nature and extent of contamination of soil, groundwater and building structures.

Due Diligence Audit of Former Army Base in Zakupy, Czech Republic

For IAC Group, the multinational automotive interior components supplier, ENACON performed a complex assessment of an area formerly occupied by the Czechoslovak and lately by Soviet army, intended by IAC to be used for the extension of its existing manufacturing plant. The assessment conducted in 2014 – 2015 comprised non-intrusive Phase I evaluation as well as an extensive soil and groundwater investigation, including a geophysical measurement for identification of unexploded ordinance.

Phase I & II of Former Brickyard

In 2010, ENACON completed the complex Due Diligence assessment of the large area of former brickyard in Devinska Nova Ves in Slovakia. The assessment included also soil and groundwater investigation. The project was completed on behalf of the international developing company intending to redevelop the area for commercial uses.
